Fit Guarantee – Free Returns
Our SKIDHITCH is designed to fit standard universal skid steer quick attach systems. If it doesn’t fit your equipment, don’t worry — we’ve got your back.
Simply send us clear photos showing the fitment issue, and we’ll walk you through the return process. If the product does not fit your universal skid steer attachment, your return is completely free. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we’ll issue a full refund.
General Returns
If you're returning the product for any other reason:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

The item must be unused and in original condition.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error.

Warranty
2-Year Limited Warranty
Every SKIDHITCH product is backed by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.
If your product fails under normal use within this period, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Please Note: The SKIDHITCH is rated for a maximum tongue weight of 1,000 lbs. Use beyond this limit voids the warranty.

To file a warranty claim, contact us with your order information, a description of the issue, and supporting photos.
Limitation of Liability
SKIDHITCH shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — that result from the use or misuse of our products. It is the user's responsibility to ensure proper installation, operation, and load handling within the rated limits of the equipment. Use of the product beyond its rated capacity (e.g., exceeding the 1,000 lb tongue weight) voids the warranty and may result in unsafe conditions.
